Bonbon Coffee TMI (Business ID: 3408977-9) operates in Helsinki, Finland. These terms apply specifically to purchases made through our click & collect online ordering platform.

Our merchant website operates as a separate platform with its own terms of service and privacy policy.

## 2. Orders

Customers can place orders online for pickup at the store. After placing an order, the customer will receive a status update via SMS or email.

To collect the order, customers must present the confirmation message received by email or SMS.

## 3. Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe. We accept the following payment methods commonly supported by Stripe in Finland:

- Debit and credit cards
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- MobilePay

Payment is reserved when the order is placed and only captured when the store confirms the order. If the store rejects the order, the payment will be canceled automatically.

## 4. Returns and Complaints

Due to the nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately by phone or email. We strive to resolve any problems as quickly and fairly as possible.
